1. Definitions

1.1. "CPR EV Repair," "we," "us," or "our" refers to CPR EV Repair, the provider of the Extended Warranty.

1.2. "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty.

1.3. "Vehicle" refers to the Tesla/EV model covered under the Extended Warranty.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty is available only to customers who own an eligible Tesla model out of the original factory warranty period.

2.2. To be eligible for the Extended Warranty, your Tesla model must meet CPR EV Repair's eligibility criteria as determined by us.

2.3. Your Tesla/EV must be inspected by CPR EV Repair prior to your coverage taking effect. Any pre-existing failed or soon to fail components will be noted. Repair for those items will be offered at that time at the normal labor rate and part prices for CPR EV Repair. If you do not wish to go through with repairs, those specific components noted during the inspection will be excluded from coverage under the warranty, until repaired.

3. Coverage

3.1. The CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty offers an extension of coverage beyond the original factory warranty period for specific vehicle components and parts. The scope of coverage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3.2. The Extended Warranty will be in effect for the duration selected at the time of purchase.

3.3. The Extended Warranty will expire whenever the duration of time expires, or the mileage of the vehicle surpasses what was selected during checkout, whichever comes first.

3.4. The Extended Warranty will cover all systems and components on the vehicle, including high voltage systems, low voltage systems, AC systems, mechanical components, suspension system, screens, door handles, interior components and more, unless otherwise noted in the Limitations & Exclusions section.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

4.3. The CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty does not cover front or rear drive motors.

4.4. Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors is not covered under the CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty.

4.5. Any repairs or services performed outside of authorized CPR EV Repair facilities, unless performed by Tesla themselves, are not covered under the Extended Warranty.

5. Transferability

5.1. The CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the Vehicle within the coverage period.

5.2. To transfer the Extended Warranty, the new owner must notify CPR EV Repair within 30 days of the vehicle transfer. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the Extended Warranty coverage.

6.4. The Extended Warranty coverage does not include transportation costs or expenses for alternative transportation while the Vehicle is under repair.

6.5. CPR EV repair will do its best to ensure a speedy repair, but can make no guarantees on the timeliness as some parts can take longer to acquire from suppliers than others.

6.6. You agree to pay the deductible for a claim as agreed to for the Extended Warranty chosen. The deductible will be due at the time of service.

7.1. You may cancel the CPR EV Repair Extended Warranty within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made during that period.
